Our standard MOQ is 300 meters per color for corduroy, poplin, and printed fabrics. For stock-lot colors we already have in grey, you can order as little as 200 meters. For custom prints, the MOQ is 300 meters per design. We're flexible for trial orders and can discuss reduced MOQs for first-time buyers.
We quote FOB (Free On Board) prices from Shanghai or Ningbo port. FOB means the price includes the fabric, packaging, and delivery to the port — you arrange ocean freight from there. Our corduroy ranges from US $1.98 to $2.98 per meter depending on the type. Prices vary based on order volume, color complexity, and cotton market rates. We provide detailed quotes within 24 hours of inquiry.
Standard production lead time is 10 days after color confirmation for regular items. Sampling takes 3–5 days for swatches, 5–7 days for lab dips, and 10–15 days for pre-production samples. Total time from order to port is typically 15–20 days including quality inspection. Ocean freight adds 15–35 days depending on destination.
Our fabrics are tested against OEKO-TEX Standard 100 upon request. We also support GRS (Global Recycled Standard) testing for sustainable fabric lines. Our in-house quality system (MTQS) covers 12 parameters including composition analysis, GSM, width, colorfastness, shrinkage, and tensile strength. We welcome third-party inspections from SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek.

Lab dips for color matching cost $20–50 per color and take 5–7 days. We recommend requesting swatches before placing bulk orders.
Yes, we offer custom digital printing on cotton poplin and other cotton bases. You provide the artwork, we print it with no screen plate fees. MOQ for digital print is 300 meters per design. We also offer a European Collection of 12 classic designs, each available in 6 colorways. Print resolution is high-detail, suitable for fashion and home textile applications.
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) with standard terms of 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. We also accept L/C (letter of credit) for larger orders. For orders under $50,000, Alibaba Trade Assurance is available for buyer protection.

Fine wale (18–21 ridges per inch) is soft, lightweight, and elegant — ideal for dresses and blouses. Mid wale (11–14 ridges) is versatile and balanced — perfect for chinos and overshirts. Wide wale (3–8 ridges) is bold, heavy, and rugged — best for jackets and coats. The wale count affects hand feel, drape, warmth, and visual texture. We produce all three types: MJ128 (fine), MJ138 (mid), and MJ555 (wide).
Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard terms are FOB Shanghai/Ningbo. We can also arrange CFR (cost and freight) to your destination port. Shipping methods include ocean freight (most economical for bulk), air freight (faster but more expensive), and express courier for samples. Typical ocean transit times: Southeast Asia 7–15 days, Europe 25–35 days, South America 30–40 days.
