Real 80% viscose (rayon) pile on 20% nylon ground, about 250GSM for the solid-dyed line — deeper, silk-like lustre and a softer drape than all-polyester velvet. We list the exact composition on every PI.
40+ standard shades are shown and any Pantone or supplied shade card can be matched. Lab dips are confirmed before bulk; white greige is held in stock and dyed only after you choose the colour.
MOQ is 300 meters per colour. Because greige is held in stock, lead time is about 15 working days after lab-dip approval.
They share the same 80% viscose / 20% nylon construction and about 140cm width. Solid-dyed velvet is about 250GSM; the burnout (devoré) line is lighter at 170–200GSM because part of the pile is opened into sheer patterns.
